Where can I find average days om Market for a given city or zip code?

The average days on the market is available from you realtor. You should be careful of this statistic as many homes that are listed as "short sales" will be on the market longer that a "normal sale". You should analyze the data by seperating the "short sales" from a "normal sale". A "normal sale" being described as a seller who is not under pressure to sell.

I'm not an agent in your area. But look for a realtor that has a website that uses Altos Research Data. This is an example of what you may see....


Or you can go onto their site and pull up the info yourself!

Reply to this question with the town you are interested in, and someone will post those stats for you. Also, specifiy for what time frame you want them--30 days, 60 days, the prior year, etc.
