There are plenty of new home builds selling right now, in Las Vegas and Henderson. Most builders are trying to compete with short sale prices and some are offering added insentives to buyers, including closing costs and upgrades.

Hello,

Not to many people are buying new homes in the Henderson area. There are just way to many good deals out there that most people opt to purchase a resale. Here is a link to my montly newsletter which should provide you with better information http://sgsellsvegas.housingtrendsenewsletter.com/default.cfm. You can play around with it and it's very informative. If you are in the market to buy or sell please contact me and I'll provide more detailed information.

Lots of people are moving into the Southwest. Here are the new development areas that are getting a lot of traffic.

Buffalo Ranch - 89113
Inspirada - 89044
Rhodes Ranch - 89148
Mountains Edge - 89179
Southern Highlands - 89141

New home developers are offering many incentives right now! Let me know if you'd like to go look at some. I'm very familiar with the Las Vegas market and new home developments.
