Tricia is probably correct but I have seen neighborhoods where the school districts are different depending on what side of the street you are on. It's very rare but to be save, use the link I am providing you here to look up a specific address.

The base schools for that address are:
Elem: North Forest Pines Elem. in Wake Forest (year round)
Middle: Wake Forest Middle (traditional calendar)
HS: Wakefield High
Calendar Option schools are:
Elem: Wake Forest Elementary or Forest Pines Elementary (both traditional calendar)
MS: Heritage Middle School (Year round)

These are the assignments for the 2014-15 school year.

This is the Wake County School System website link. You can punch in any address within the system and it will let you know what the elementary, middle, and high school is. It also gives great additional information on things like bus routes, schools being capped, proposed changes, and the like.
