The neighborhood had been scheduled to receive public monies a few years
before the Super Bowl, but the game affected that. However, the neighborhood
got new sidewalks and new Barlett Pear trees lining the street a few years
ago. The John B Center built a great building around the corner on 10th St
and there's a coffee shop there that sells great sandwiches. Then a couple
years ago the new charter school was built at the north end of the block. The
past 5 years have witnessed more and more young professionals moving into the
neighborhood because of the homes, prices, location near downtown and
interstate access. I remember the neighborhood 5 years ago and I have seen
it lately too. It's far better now than it was 5 years ago.

No one knows the future. You'll be a part of that answer wherever you buy your home.

There is no way to tell you what will happen in the next 5 mins. You could go out to your mail box and have a heart attack. It would be very foolish for someone to predict what was going to happen 5-10 years from now. So many variables to consider...for instance, what if we have another 9-11...9-10 everything was great, BOOM, something terrible happens. I hope you get the idea, and why there is no way to tell you accurately what will happen to that property.
