Sopheak, on the internet if you go to http://www.armls.com/stats_armls.html you will find everything you need for stats for Maricopa and northern Pinal counties. This should give you pretty accurate numbers for this region and a pretty close estimate for the state.

Hi, Sopheak ... there may be an answer to the first part of the question but I'm not sure how useful it will be. Tucson is different than Phoenix, which is different than Flagstaff, which is different than Ash Fork, which is different than Buckeye. Given the diverse nature of the state's real estate markets, I'm not sure an overall average is going to tell you much.

ARMLS gives some statistics. Another resource would be Arizona State University's Realty Studies page. It's all about Maricopa and Pinal County but that should get you going.
