Michael,

We can put you on an automatic MLS lease search and you can monitor the rentals in any area you like. Please let anyone of us know if you want to be set up. It's easy and will give you current rental information.

Michael - on average $1.50/SF is a good starting number, but as John pointed out, location, size of house, newness are all factors that can adjust that number. If you need help finding a rental, I am happy to help.

Happy hunting,

What kind of property? It will depend completely on location, if there is a pool, large yard, etc. I'd say there is no standard rent per square foot, you'll need to go hunting.
