update to mkt conditions in Arapahoe which includes Minnesott beach. There are great buys and Arapahoe has elevation that requires no flood insurance. Around 20 to 28 feet above sea level. As far as market time if you are a seller. Price it competitively and make sure all those small projects a buyer does not want to do are done. Leave no excuses for negotiating down.

As for buyers, a wide spectrum of price. $120,000 TO $700,000. You can be right on the water or a golf course and there are many secluded areas. The developments have slowed but it is an opportunity to build on a prime lot at a good price. Arlington Place is a beautiful development with quality amenities, and I don't work for them.

I have a house listed in Arapahoe on Indian Bluff Drive. It is in a no flood zone which is the most elevated area in the county. I find property is moving in the 200 and under area. I have had buyers lose a house to another bid, something we all remember but don't see much of lately. This is a popular area since Irene visited.

A wide range of price is available. My listing is at $629,900 but it is right on the river. Other homes around the Minnesott golf course are in the 180 to 250 area. The ferry at Minnesott is 10 minutes away from Arapahoe.I am very familiar with this area because I live near by and work this market.

Yes that’s Arapahoe, NC in Pamlico County. Real Estate Market is slow like everywhere else and inventory is little higher then usually. There are two new waterfront subdivisions with home prices starting 450K and lots starting from 250K and one big condominium project 2bedroom 2 bath from 549K. You can now search entire Pamlico county MLS on my web site and if there is anything else I can help you with let me know.
