There are several variables to consider on price. It depends where your property is located, how large a tract it is, if water/sewer is available...if not, then does it perk? There's a lot of "bull tallow" dirt in the Southern part of Cabarrus County which is not suitable for a conventional septic system (I know because I own acreage in Midland that doesn't perk). Some buyers like the privacy of being back off the road; others want road frontage.
