HI Brenda: This 3 bedroom condo in Cristelle at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is currently listed for $1,395,000. The $33,062 certainly isn't a correct sales price. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, particularly with regard to real estate, then it is! This could be a back tax lien or anything, but it certainly isn't the sale price.

If you're still interested, let me know.

Hope this helps, and happy holidays!

I certainly did not think that was a correct price. Just funny that trulia has such a ridiculous price posted. I was just searching for a small condo, possibly for my son to purchase. Started at the lowest to highest priced and that one came up. I realize even less ridiculous listing prices can not be taken seriously. Many homes now have huge liens, 3 times what the property is worth. It's just a shame that they will remain empty and neglected, reducing the value of other homes in nice neighborhoods.
