If your Realtor does the job right, and tells you what the market is like in your area, and you agree to the right selling price, your house will sell fast. Some houses in my neighborhood have sold in less than 4 months. Contact me and we can discuss this further. You do not lose anything by listing a house with us.

As a realtor in San Antonio, houses are staying on the market in your area for about 90 to 120 days. However, the length a house in on the market is often reflected by the location, price and condition of the home.

Average time will depend on location, condition, size, price, etc.

Depends on the market.

Depends on how aggressively pricing was/is.

Those numbers sometimes are hard to verify as:

1) homes ahve to be in one of the many MLS systems used in the US.
2) homes may get unlisted, expired, failed contracts or relisted with a new broker - and the data is more or less lost without doing a real analysis
3) many bnak properties, forclosures etc won't be reflected and can also play into an areas data

But use 4- 9 months.

check with a several brokers in your immediate area or the area you are interested in for good data.
