Annual rentals are moving rather quickly in Cape Coral, I would be more than happy to give you a rental assessment. I would like to take a look at the property in person to give you better assessment.

A seasonally rental will give you a better return for the time it is rented, however keep in mind that new seasonal rentals have to build a book of business and typically take a little more time to become fully booked and maximize the potential return. I would look at your condo docs to make sure that you are allowed to rent it seasonally.

Demand for rentals in Cape Coral are high. Rental rates will vary depending on what type of rental. Annual rental keeps someone in the property year round but monthly rate is far less than seasonal/vacation fully furnished rentals. Also, keep in mind that most associations have rental rules that determine how many times per year you can lease out the unit.
