6 Active: $100-131/sq. f.t, averaging at $116/sq. ft. & $253,000 list price
1 Pending: $95/sq. ft., & $265,000 list price
Sold: $91-125/sq. ft., averaging at $106/sq. ft. & $254,000 sales price

There is something to be said about the difference in the condition, caliber of finishes and location within Piney Z between the properties that go for top dollar and the the ones listed below $100/sq. ft. ;-).
