Hi Julie,
As many people have pointed out there are a wide range of possibilities for you to consider.
An average garden style is very different than a townhome and the values depend largely on bedroom and bathroom count.

I have 3 very different condo listings coming on in town over the coming weeks ranging from a 2 bedroom garden style in a small, well kept complex that will be priced at $129K to a
a 3 bedroom town home coming at Millpond with 2.5 baths and a 1 car garage that will hit the market at $290,000.

Another is a condex that I will be listing where you own yard space and private entry space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths , completely renovated. This will hit the market at $219,000.

Based on this it's easy to see how prices vary greatly.

Looks like you have the answers below in terms of raw numbers. Please don't just look at the numbers and think that you could then sell your condo for that average price or that it would cost you that much to buy a condo. Each condo is unique and something like the cost of condo fees may dictate what you could sell for or what you can afford in buying.

Julie-Here are some market stats for North Andover Condominiums. These are for all sales in the past year with 114 condo units sold.

Lowest Price: $145,000
Highest Price: $386,000
Median Price: $222,750
Average Price: $233,521
