Wenatchee market really has two markets. If your price range is $325-350,000 or less it is around 120 days including funding. Higher price more like 180. But inventory is low and sales are up so well prepped and priced properties are 60 or less.

It depends on how you calculate it, but around 70 days. You should be discussing these thing with your agent, however & if you do not have one, I would be happy to refer a good one to you. It is free, after all. Just let me know. Also, if you need to get approved for a loan, just let me know. I can do that as well.

It is 'free' after all? Tell that to the seller! By effectively removing seller wiggle room to the tune of 3%, I would respectfully disagree that having a selling agent is free. I always get a lower price when I purchase on my own. Not for everybody should self-represent, obviously, I am experienced and only purchase in my backyard, but to call the coop commission free needed to be addressed. Thank you.
