Homes under $600 average days on the market 60 to 90 days can be more depending on location, condition and price.

If the home is around the $600-$700K range.4 beds 2.5+ baths & less than 10 yrs old.in very good condition the avg time frame is around 60 -90 days.......it all depends on pricing it.
I just completed a broker price opinion for such homes & it appeared that homes that were priced higher initially, actually sat on the market longer, despite a price reduuction down the road.
If the home is in the $500-$600K range the time frame is shorter.....as the buyer profile would be different as well.
