Hi M

The average days on market for a single family home in Robbinsville with a price point from 450,000-800,000 right now is 85 days according to our MLS statistics. Several factors dictate how long a property is on the market such as number of beds/baths, age, location, & price. If you would like more information you can visit me at http://www.RobbinsvilleHomesforSale.com or http://www.TriCountyhomes4sale.com.

Good luck & I hope to hear from you.

Homes over $600,000 seem to be on the market 60 days to 120 days depending on condition and location.
Homes under $600 average days on the market 60 to 90 days can be more depending on location, condition and price.

Good luck you can contact me if you need more information.

Hi
If the home is around the $600-$700K range.4 beds 2.5+ baths & less than 10 yrs old.in very good condition the avg time frame is around 60 -90 days.......it all depends on pricing it.
I just completed a broker price opinion for such homes & it appeared that homes that were priced higher initially, actually sat on the market longer, despite a price reduuction down the road.

If the home is in the $500-$600K range the time frame is shorter.....as the buyer profile would be different as well.
Hope this helps.
