Homes on the average are selling with-in 60 to 70 days but homes that are priced right are selling with-in 1 to 2 weeks. This is a great time to sell a home because there currently is a shortage of available move-in ready homes compared to the number of buyers wanting to buy a home. If you are considering buying a home prices couldn't be any better with home loan interest rates around 4%.

Keep in mind we are enclosed by mountains and this has a local advantages for us here in Fresno. We are seeing a solid increase in sales these last 18 months and the demand is strong therefore there are less homes for sale on the market. I have received multiple offers on my listings and that in turn translates in homes being on the market for a shorter period. Homes sell within a few months but you need the right real estate agent.

This depends on the pricing. If a property is priced at market value it will move quickly 5 -6 days.Fresno's inventory of homes are very low right now in all zipcodes. However, buyers are still not willing to pay over market value so if a home is priced over market value it usually sits on the market until the seller reduces the price
