Hi Deb- There is some good info on this right on Trulia. though it does not say exactly the DOMs, etc.
But you can make some estimations from the data. Seems like 10-12 weeks would be an average DOM for the Town.
That doesn't mean you close in 10-12 weeks. Means you have a signed P&S. From there, its probably 35-60 days to actually transfer and close.
If you need any other help, feel free to contact me. Thanks,
Ken L.

No quick answer. The days on market is dictated by location, listed price and condition. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms will influence a potential buyer.

It depends on many factors. A home that is priced good to start will sell quicker then an over priced home. It this market it is very important that a home be priced correcyly in the beginning.

There are other factors, which come in to affect. Sq footage, other rooms< does it have a garage or not, does it have a large yard or small yard, for a buyer that may be looking with children is it near scholls etc?? So there are many additional things that come into play.
