Hi Arn,

Hillcrest is a great area to invest in. I live in Hillcrest and am glad to see the amount of activity in the area. I love the fact that everything is very accessible by foot. There are two areas in Hillcrest that is the main "downtown" area and a few blocks away is "uptown" all of it has fantastic boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. It is quite the attraction for nightlife, as well as community events.

I love this neighborhood enough that not only did I choose to live here, but also have it be my primary area of focus for my real estate efforts.

Hillcrest is a well worth it investment.

Best Regards,

Yes, the Hillcrest area has seen great growth in the last few years as it is close to freeways, downtown and is becoming a vibrant area for rental income properties. New restaurants and businesses have come in and new condo developments are present.
