Thank you so much for the inquiry about The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach. To answer your question, as a member you pay for gof, tennis, and beach. They are not separated. The Plantation in an equity membership club, Your initiation fee is $40,000 with $20,000 refundable when you resale.
Not only do you have an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf course, private beach club with Jr. Olympic size swimming pool, golf club with 25,000 sf fitness center including classes, but you have many concierge type services. These services range from your mail delivered to your door, your trash cans taken to and from the street, to 24 hour manned guarded gates. The amenities are numerous, home values are great, and the neighborhood is maintained in pristine condition. Yes, homes are selling in all price ranges and sizes. Hope this helps. The market has certainly changed from a buyers to a SELLERS market. Inventory is extremely low.

For example: We have only (1) home in the plantations for sale that's 1 story and under 3500sq ft. It's listed at $599,000. If you would like more information regarding this home please let me know.

As for the Plantation at Ponte Vedra membership you receive a equity membership to all the amenities the community has to offer i.e private Beach Club, Golf Club, Tennis Club, Fitness Club... The maintenance of these facilities is what your dues cover. Some portions of the community also have maintenance free living. See link below .
