Calvin,

There are several very nice subdivisions in Casa Grande and although my children are raised I have friends
who have children in the Casa Grande School District and are impressed with the level of parent contact and teacher-student one-on-one. Villago is a very upscale subdivision with good access to I-10; Also SK Ranc is in close proximity to I-10. Closer in to the city is Silver Hawk which is very nice also. I provide a service
to my clients at Listing Book.com which gives one the opportunity to search the MLS just as I do, keep favorites in a file and I can comment on the choices you have made. In order to make an offer one must
have a current Loan Status Report or Proof of Cash and Earnest Money Deposit . Feel free to contact me
and I would be happy to send you an invitation to join Listing Book.

No agent nor Realtor can or should answer these type of questions for you, only you can figure it out on your own. There are sites online, I higly suggest you Google schools and etc. We can show you properties, run numbers, comps, CMA, and a long list of things we can do for you but we are not allowed to "steer" like this question asks us to do.
In truth, this question would be like asking others what your favorite football team or color is. Where do you work, where do you like to spend your free time, and other questions should help you determine subdivision as well.
Best of luck.

Desirability is in the eye of the beholder. What one person likes, another dislikes. You would need to drive the community to see what subdivision provides the amenities you desire in a location.
As far as school districts - there is only one elementary school district - http://www.cgelem.k12.az.us/
You can check out the district report card on the website to see how the various schools are performing on the standardized tests. Same for the high school district http://www.cguhsd.org

No licensed real estate agent or broker can answer your question directly without being in violation of state and federal fair housing laws. If we did, it would be construed as steering, which is a very serious violation. It's best to do your own research into schools, crime rates, etc. Below is a link to the Arizona Buyer Advisory. You should find some very good sources for your research.
