Based on 1906 sq. ft of living area in the Kankakee, IL area I came up with an approximate cost of $301,986.
This includes permits, insurance, home plans, and a General Contractor markup of $37,028. It does not include land or land development costs. This is not a cheap home to build due to the steep roof pitch...

Pat,
Depends on what you are planning to build. Intagible issues may exist for example if you want to buld a house and outbuilding for a farm. Contact me and we can discuss this further.

Send a request for an appraisal for the property you want appraised and you will find out what the square footage sale prices are for that type of property.

Hi Pat,

In addition to all the questions previously pose by Joseph, you will also need to consider the grade/level of finishes.

Do you want high end, middle of the road or custom or off the rack....

Good luck!
