It depends on what model you bought & what upgrades you got or if you got the builder's base model.
Also, depends on what lots are remaining & what models can be built on those lots...........however the prices of homes not yet sold would vary depending on the features/upgrades that the home sells with.
Having said that builders are motivated to offer incentives to new buyers with the objective of reducing their inventory, one might imagine as there are resales avaialble in this community as well.
The Grenwich model varies in size, design,layout & features fromt he Mansfield & while both are currently showing active on the MLS , there are lots & homes that the builder may be selling directly via their sales office. ( not on the MLS) ......so you need to get a complete picture by doing your own research.
