There's a new office building that's already up in my area, with a few more on the way.

Just curious as to what, historically, this has done to residential property values - if anything. Not terribly motivated to sell (esp. in this market) but just wondering if this is something I should be paying attention to.

GREAT means with the gas situation many employees want to live less than 5 miles from there employers. It brings more revenue to your area, office staff will visit local areas for dining, shopping and etc.
