There is a lot of talk of a softening real estate market. How would you describe the real estate market in Bradenton?

Asked by Halley S., New York, NY Mon Apr 23, 2007

How long do homes typically sit on the market in this city?

If you're a Bradenton real estate buyer, this is an excellent time to buy. Inventory is high, choices are excellent, mortgage interest rates are still low and pricing has been reduced. There are still some motivated buyers who are willing to sell their homes for less than market value - a realtor can help you locate the "deals" in the market. Due to the large inventory, homes are on the market longer than normal. Inventory has been decreasing and will continue to decrease as the market stabilizes.

Hi, Halley! Don't listen to Anthony - his information isn't at all accurate, and besides, it's now about 4 years old :)

The real estate markets in Sarasota and Bradenton are thriving. In both towns, real estate inventories are at about a 6-month level, which is generally recognized as the equilibrium between buyer's and seller's markets. Out here in the trenches, we're seeing lots of multiple-offer situations, investors are really active in our marketplace, and sellers finally have the luxury of turning down lowball offers.

Prices have been really stable here for about 2 1/2 years.

Here's the proof:

Realtards are so desperate now, they troll these Q&A topics, pretending to be buyers, then answering their own "questions".

Bradenton is a retiring area, so there will be buyers as there always are! the market is good here, there is Tampa which has some opportunity for work, and then you have loads of house geared toward the retiring Baby Boomers. There is a large number of Foreclosure and Short Sales on the market, but some are good buys and in good shape, others are not! There has been a hard time for some communities due to large foreclosure numbers that have hurt the HOA, those you will find trouble getting financing in, but over all, you will get a nivce home, in a nice area, at a nice price, the market is actually full of nice stuff!

These people below (Realtards) are insane. Florida is sinking, errr scratch that, plunging. Nothing is moving, people squat 4-5 years, it's a madhouse. One would think that the useless leaches would already move on, yet they are still here, harping away about "best time to buy". I say, Realtards need their heads checked. I hope I answered your question.
