One acre lots are running about $150,000 for a developed parcel, a 5 acre parcel anywhere from $250,000 to $350,000. If you are considering large parcels of property (over 100 acres) you will probably pay anywhere from $8,000 to $11,000 fper acre for undeveloped land. Of course where the land is located, the conditions of the land, wooded or non wooded, etc. will also play a role in the price. Location, location, location.

If I can be of any further help please contact me at 630-975-2227.

The price per residential acre is better today then when you asked a few years ago. If you didn't purchase, and have an interest in pursuing residential acreage, contact me. I'd be happy to update you on prices and represent you on your purchase.

There are 38 MLS listings under land in Elburn. $64,999 will get you .25 acre lot. $2,000,000 will get 79 acres (~25k per) on Rt 47. Many are zoned agricultural and would need rezoning to be built upon. Sizes and prices vary depending on location and potential best use. You can search listings online at my website or you can request they be emailed to you.
