I see that. The 184/mo is NOT correct. Here's the assessors portal for the property showing the 8k tax/yr.

fyi...the listing states, THERE IS NO GARAGE AND NO ROOM FOR A GARAGE

I would check the PIN on the Cook County Tax assessors site. You can find out the property tax accurately.

I'm not sure how that figure is pulling $184 per month from.

$8,053 in property taxes would come out to 671.09 per month.
