Hello Christopher,

I see that you asked this question almost eight years ago. But the real estate market has changed since then. Want to know how much you should sell your house if you would to put it on the market for sale today? Please go to seller landing page at http://www.DChomevaluesnow.com.

Since we actively market in the area, prices have been going up ever since it was announced! I expect increases in the 10-20% bracket - it was already a well respected area, just outside DC, but a horrific drive into town, until they got the new Wilson Bridge partly completed! I expect it to be a very hot area for the next few years.

I brought a condo on Brinkley Rd about three months ago. When do you think would be a good time to start looking to sell it? I am wanting to move out toward Manasas, Va soon.
