Its possible its cash only, your realtor may have been told by the listing agent or it may be noted
on the confidential remarks on the MLS listing. Cash deals usually suggest distressed properties
which could be condition or time driven( ie May need to close faster than a normal transaction)

Yes that is correct. The home is a manufactured home and it is very difficult to get financing on a manufactured home. The home is listed as a Cash only sale.
