Best advice I can give you is to contact a lender! I have a few that I have done business with and would be happy to pass along the information if you do not have one. The best way to find out if you qualify for a home is to contact a mortgage professional. Good luck!

It is a 40b which your income should qualify. The next question is do you qualify for a mortgage. The best thing to do is contact a lender.

Your income seems a little light to qualify for a house of that price but I do not have all the information.

If you are paying cash for the house then I do not see how you wouldn't

Certainly depends on your down payment and credit score.

Depends on how much you have to put down. Assuming you have no other debts, a 20k salary could cover a mortgage (with taxes and Insurance) of about 90k.

If you have any other income, dividends/interest/self employment, that could help boost your qualifications.

I would be paying cash for the house. That is the extent of my savings
