In order to find you the right 2/2 with a garage, I need a little more information. How soon do you need one? Are you looking for seasonal rental or annual? Do you have a pet? What is your budget? Is there a particular area you prefer? Please give me a call and we can work on finding you the place that suits you best.

Hi:

I can send you information on all 2/2's with a garage in the area but this would be a long list and I feel I would serve you better if I understood your needs more. Please call me at 561-358-6344 and we can set a meeting to go over your requirements. At this time I can give you a thorough understanding of what is available and what is going on in the Real Estate market so that you will have all the information available to make a decision.

This West Palm Beach condo is located in an active adult community, which usually means that you must be 55 years old or older in order to purchase a condo within that subdivision. If you are younger, you may want to ask your West Palm Beach realtor to search for condos in all-age communities.

Condos with garages are very rare within this price range. Most condos offer only outdoor parking.
