there is a lot of demand for CHEAP rentals in North Pole. Most rentals are so overpriced that no one can afford them unless they are in the military and get housing money. By cheap, I mean under $1000 a month for a tiny place!
Honestly, I know nothing about rental demand in North Pole but I do know there is a tremendous demand for both annual and seasonal rentals in Venice, Florida. Additionally, you can't beat the weather regardless of the time of year.
