Is the HOA fee a monthly or yearly amount?

That's a mobile home and if you do not own the land beneath it it's kind of like buying an automobile. It isn't Real Estate if you do not actually own the land. You have to be careful when buying a trailer home because the landlord may increase your rent and possibly sell off the lot and then you will be reponsible for removing the trailer.

You may be better off buying a small condo instead of a mobile home If you will not own the land beneath.

For Condos/Townhouse usually monthly. Some Home owned communities are yearly(lake rights, etc).
