Is laguna vista holding its own. Is the housing market doing o.k. not to sound bad, but is laguna vista a nice town not run down like laguna hights.

Laguna Vista is a nice residential area with a few condominium complexes. The SPI Golf Course is close by and a new Park has been upgraded to include a wonderful walking, jogging trail. It is near the water for that wonderful sunset we have in the Laguna Madre area. L.V. has a restaurant, a Stripes Convenience store, and a small local library. It appears to be well-patrolled and a place for many families to raise their children. Home sales are being made, especially in the Golf Course location.

Yes. Laguna Vista is very definitely "holding its own". A great area and place to live. A quiet and friendly coastal town. After being close to an area like "the Heights", Laguna Vista has decided NOT to be a copy. As a matter of fact, the difference is like night and day. :o)

Laguna Vista is a great place to buy a home, weekend or otherwise!
