Nice areas are all about personal preferences, budgets, wants, needs, lifestyle; therefore consider researching areas of interest on your own, and take the time to visit more than once, then determine where your comfort level can best be reached; don't simply just entertain what other people think or say, another's opinion may not be anywhere near the best thing for you...

If you like trees, larger lots, and custom built homes circa mid-90's... then it's definitely what you're looking for. I grew up just across Julington Creek.

Hi Ric & Sue, Del Rio is nice. Well treed, large lots, good schools, shopping, restaurants, 25 mins to the beach and 35 to St Augustine. Please contact me if you'd like available listings in that area emailed your way to view.

Have a Great Day

Hi Ric & Sue,

Unfortunately Florida license law does not allow us to comment on neighborhoods. Recommend that you go to the Jacksonville web site, http://www.coj.net where you can check out demographics and other information about neighborhoods.

Give me a shout should you like to talk about your planned relocation. I can be reached at 904-571-1358.

Have a wonderful day.
