Every community is different. Some communities have seen a rise in values and others are valued significantly lower. It really depends on the community, its sales history, condition and location. The best way to find out is to get a comparable market analysis which any realtor can do for you whether you are thinking of buying or selling.

Prices are up a little bit since 2009 and especially condos. If you would like me to stop in and take a look, I'd be happy to. Or, if you reach out to me via Trulia or my website below, I can email you information that might help.

The best way to find out would be to have a Market Analysis of the property that would consist of currently active and recently sold units. I would be happy to provide you with a FREE Market Analysis to help you with determining what you could expect todays value of the property to be. Please feel free to contact me directly@732-910-7390 or email: francine.einhorn@cbmoves.com if you would like my help.
