This is an excellent deal on a HUD Foreclosure. It is also wise to offer a little more cash on this one since there are items they will not pay for. Your Buyer's Agent's Broker will need to be registered with the HUD Homestore to be able to bid for you.

Al gives good advice in that you will need proof of funds, etc.

Let us know if you pick an Agent to submit your bid.

I assume that you've seen the property on your own, without an agent. If so, we will need to fill out the contract and submit it to the seller. Before we take that step, I'll need a document showing proof of funds. If you can scan and e-mail it to me (please block out the account number), I'll call you, and we can get started. My fax number is (713) 729-0001 if that would be easier.

If another agent has shown you the home, please contact him/her, since that individual invested the time and energy to help you. I wouldn't want to take business away from another Realtor. If you have not yet seen the property, advise me as well.

Get in touch with me one way or the other. I look forward to hearing from you.
