Mitchell hit the "nail on the head" as they say. I am very honest with my sellers, working with them to make sure that the home is ready to sell on day one.
Anything you can do to overcome an objection or better yet, not have something be one is my advice! Sure your home may have a half bath instead of a full bath, and that may be a deal-breaker, but then again maybe not. However if the house looks dirty, is cluttered with stuff making it look smaller than it is, they just look and then run to the next house.
Be ready to sell, and ready to move on to your next chapter!!
