Well, because "safe" is such a relative term and one person might think the area is safe whereas another person may not, it's best for you to draw your own conclusions by using real crime data and other factors. One website you can go to is and at the top right hand side of the screen type in the property address to see what types of crimes have happened in the vicinity.

You could also talk to some of the neighbors if you catch them out and get their opinions, or drive around at different times of day and different days of the week to get a feel for the neighborhood overall.

If I can help you any further with your search, please just ask!

I always tell buyers to call or go by the sheriff's department to get an answer to this question. They will answer you honestly.

Real Estate Agents generally will not make this type of assessment , it is probably against ethics.

Not a good area. Schools are very poor in what's an overall bad Hampton City School District. So, as for schools, you're looking at the worse of the worst. Aberdeen rd is very congested at time, therefore, noise. The only pro I can think of is a nearby 7-11 store. Just have to be upfront with people.
