Hello Carolyn, the median sales price for homes in Arden Heights, Staten Island for Mar 13 to May 13 was $370,000 based on 25 sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price decreased 6.9%, or $27,500, and the number of sales increased 13.6%. Average price per square foot for Arden Heights was $233, a decrease of 4.1% compared to the same period last year. There are currently 86 resale and new homes in Staten Island on Trulia, including 2 open houses, as well as 115 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Arden Heights was $388,931 for the week ending Jun 19, which represents a decrease of 1.8%, or $7,113, compared to the prior week.

Sorry, your question isn't clear. Are you attempting to ask how the DOM value correlates with the selling and listing prices of a property (in general, or for a specific property)?
