I live near the propsed north terminal of the Lynx. I am looking so forward to it. I anticipate values around the Lynx to rise... and rise. Quick transportation to the Banking District and all the restaurants and attractions uptown. Yeah!!!! http://www.queencitygal.com

Dear Abbey,

There are a lot of homes for sale in Charlotte especially new construction. Builders are starting to cut their prices to shift some of them. LYNX will be advantageous to people living near the stations but whether it will add value to their properties only time will tell, it will certainly help make them more saleable. Charlotte is still a great place to invest. Please visit my website at http://www.TeresaQuinan.com. Thank you

Rail transit is a boon to local real estate. The coming of Lynx advanced real estate prices around every station-- and will continue to do so as ridership and popularity continues.
