How can Coldwell Bankers advertise a "10 Day Sale" on their listings. They aren't a builder selling their own inventory. Plus their website says NOW is the time to buy, but they don't have any experimental or empirical data to substantiate this. Can anyone explain how this is possible? I went to their website and did a property search and Century 21 and Tarbell and a lot of other company's listings come up as well. Does CB think they are controlling the market or is this just more realtor deceit?
