the property sits in the middle of the community, by the pool and states it has a view of the course but I agree, it may be over priced at a quick glance

The South Mountain area is a desireable area and the fact that the property sold and closed at the end of August, indicates that an appraiser agreed that the selling price was reasonable for the market conditions (or the buyer would not have been able to obtain a loan). A few homes will sometimes navigate the market successfully and close at a higher than normal price. Demand is an interesting subject that is difficult to exactly determine.

The right price for the property is what a willing buyer is ready to pay and the seller willing to sell, having said that take look what's selling for how much 1900-2400 sq ft range in the community.,12
