Does anyone know whether this neighborhood around constitution drive are made up of mainly retiries or are there also many families with yg children?

Good neighborhood located not too far from Booksin Elementary. Best way to tell for sure is to stop by the property and drive or walk around the neighborhood on the weekends. Lots of activity...little league baseball games, soccer games, etc.

I stopped by this home yesterday during a property tour...home is quite spacious with large rooms and spacious living areas. The amenities are definitely outdated, looks like original bathrooms and a very outdated kitchen...I think I remember the listing agent saying that the seller has occupied the home for a long period of time.

The neighborhood is mixed with families of all ages.

The best way to tell if this neighborhood is what your are looking for, I recommend that you knock on a few doors in the neighorhood, and tell people that you are considering a move to that neighborhood and ask people for their opinion about the neighborhood.
