Here is a link for the lowest priced unit in the Horizon community in the link below. This community allows you to own the land but also has a monthly fee of $240. This includes the lawncare, trash removal, Management, community pool and clubhouse, street lights and cable/internet. Recreation facilities includes shuffel board, library and billards. Please let me know if you would like to make an offer. You will have up to 15 days to have an inspection and confirm you want to go forward with the purchase.

In Horizon Village you basically own your land. It is a Co-Op situation. That is why the fees are so low compared to where you rent your lot. Feel free to contact me for additional information about this or other parks.
