That's a scary number indeed. Combine that with the people that use the home at least once a year and need/want to sell, with the large number of foreclosure filings occurring as the bank paperwork logjam frees up...


the inventory in those hard hit areas, including continued high volumes of distressed sales as competition, looks to be devastating.

No, but I did see on Yahoo that Heidi the cross-eyed possum is on a new diet. That has about as much to do with a buyer's needs here in Louisville as your story.
