Engage a local Broker Realtor for help, don't delay as you will not find a suitable property without one. http://www.NaplesRealEstateGuys.com

Carol,

Best way to check is to call the HOA which is listed on the MLS. Let me know if you want that information on any property or if you find others that you want to see.

The surrounding area in Douglas County has 5-acre and 10-acre lots that are roomy enough that you can hide an RV on. Otherwise, check with the HOA guidelines. Local agents can point you to those neighborhoods, or you can google search them. I'm sure someone has a list of HOAs somewhere.

I just searched and found this.

Spoiler alert: Who knows how good this listing is, because it's not really a listing. Best advice: check with a local agent.

Carol,

Generally the answer is no. Most properties in the Castle Rock area have fairly strict HOA rules and/or covenants. Sometimes we do have a property that will support this need but it is rare. Finally, there are other communities that do support this need and if you would like, contact me for additional options.
