Can anyone help me find historical market trends and prices of the last 20 years for houses in San Diego, CA?

If available, it would be great to have detailed information on specific areas or neighborhoods (Mission Hills). I need to know the average market price of a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house in Mission Hills around November 1991 (or the nearest date available, preferably from an official, verifiable data bank).

Maria,
I am giving you this link that takes you to a 15 year history of median prices by zip code.
http://www.chicagotitlesd.com/january07/15yrHist92-06DetMedi…
We have this data going back to about 1990, however it doesn't all fit on one page. You can e-mail me directly and I will have my staff pull up the earlier one for you. The data we have is Median price only not for specific properties like 5/5. I am sure my customer service can look up some sales of this type of home in 1991 and they should be able to provide the sales prices back then. Call them at 619.521.3500 and ask for Maria in the farming department. You will have to mention my name and hever her call me if she needs to. You may call me to if you have questions...619.507.5688 (Weekends and Evenings are and ok time to call).
