Willie,
The Lewis team is right. Your credit score will play a big factor in this. Rates will be another big factor. If your credit score is currently good, I would be keeping an eye on interest rates so you can refinance when they are low! If your credit is not a pretty as you would like it to be, invest a little time in repairing your credit before you decide to refinance. Good Luck!

The most important variable there will be your credit. If you will go to my site and click on the "about the area" link and then "service providers", you will see a couple of links to my mortgage partners and they will be able to guide you through the process.
