Yes! Condos are selling in 60 acres. I live there and think it's a great place to raise a family. You can check out my web site for up to the minute closing prices on all 60 acre condos. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Condos are definitely selling in 60 Acres! I have to say it is probably one of the more dynamic areas right now. There are currently 39 homes in 60 Acres for sale with an average of 88 days on the market and 12 under contract with an average of 81 days on the market. As far as what they are selling for: it really depends on the unit, its condition (including upgrades) and its location (end unit, backs up to woods, etc.).

I live and work in Jackson and am very familiar with the 60 Acres development. If you would like to talk more about your particular home, please call me anytime at: 908-692-6040 (cell). I look forward to hearing from you!

Eight closings in the past 30 days with 13 under contract, so yes they are selling. The highest sale price in that time period was an Astor II for $215,000. At the moment there are 12 active one bedroom units, 22 two bedroom units and five three bedroom units, so there is a lot of inventory.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I'm sorry, I just got this question as i'm heading out the door! Because Jackson Twp is located in the northern part of Ocean County, it's actually covered by 2 Multiple Listing Services...both Jersey Shore (Ocean County) and Southern Monmouth-Ocean . This will take some research. I'd be happy to help if you'd email me or call 609-384-6121. You might also want to check my website, with access to both MLS listing services. Have a great 4th!
