Take a look at 500 College St in historic Mitchelltown! You'll get 10 rooms, 2.5 baths, formal living, formal dining, eat in kitchen, master suite on main, 2 very large offices, large family room, 2 walk in closets, plus a walk up attic and a walk down basement. In this 1905 Classical Revival totally renovated home, there are 2 inside staircases, 3 zoned gas packs, huge fenced in back yard with large patio, and listed now at 214K with ERA because we want to move closer to family in GA.

Good luck in your search!
